What happens to my cloud computer if my account is closed?
If you your account is closed and you have provisioned Virtual Machines in your account they will continue to exist for a short period of time. After which if you do not re-activate your account the Virtual Machines will be un-provisioned.

Upgrading your Cloud Computer
To upgrade you Virtual Machine purchase the Virtual Machine type you would like to upgrade to then go to the management panel and un-provision then re-provision the Virtual Machine. You will also need to remove the old Virtual Machine from your account so as not to get charged for it. If you would like to upgrade your Virtual Machine without provisioning it purchase the Virtual Machine type you would like to upgrade to then contact us with the ID of the Virtual Machine you want to upgrade.
